The 1st DCHA e.V. is a non-profit association that is committed to the interests of the Carthusian cats CHA.

  • The association was founded in Kiedrich/Rheingau on 18.05.2003 as the 1st Breed Association of Cats in the 1.DEKZV e.V., registered in the Register of Associations of the town Eltville under the no. VR 300.
  • It is a member of the Fédération Internationale Féline, the FiFé.
    It serves as a directive and preservation of purity as well as the promotion of breeding Chartreux cats; it is placed under the patronage of the 1.DEKZV e.V. with its seat in Asslar and which as a confederation represents the connection to FiFé.
  • The association works according to the constitution, the breeding rules and the show regulations of the 1. DEKZV e.V.

  • For the 1.DCHA e.V. the FiFé statutes and the breeding guidelines of the 1.DEKZV e. V. apply as a minumum requirement.
  • The association has its own constitution and own breeding guidelines.
  • It serves exclusively and directly non-profit making purposes.
  • It serves the protection and welfare of the cats.
  • The association commits itself to preserve and support international contacts with foreign associations of Chartreux cats.
